Five9 audio issues If the headset doesn't work in Teams, fix that first.Check that Teams has the correct device selected. If the device list doesn't change when you plug your headset in, the system may not be detecting the headset. If the headset is USB, try plugging into a different port. If the headset is a 3.5mm headphone jack plug, you may need to download and install the Dell MaxxAudio driver, and make sure it detects the headset as both speaker and microphone. When logging into Five9, make sure you are using WebRTC; that fixes several audio issues. Make sure the site has access to microphone In the address bar, clicking the page icon will show a dropdown; enable Microphone, and click the arrow on the microphone line. On this screen, enable "Allow on every visit" Logout, andd restart the browser. If it still doesn't work, we may need to make sure your browser allows microphone access to Five9 domains(this is a bit advanced, and may need assistance from IT to perform) Go into Developer Tools, Network tab Refresh the page Look for anything from a five9.com domain, open that page in a new tab Enable microphone access like the above steps
